When can I cancel an order?
Orders can be canceled under the following conditions:
- Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped.
- Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
- Sale items cannot be canceled once the sale has ended.
How do I cancel an order?

Fees and Restrictions:
If you cancel an order before it has been shipped, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel an order after it has been shipped, you may be responsible for the following fees:
- Shipping and handling fees
- Return shipping fees
- Restocking fees (up to 20%)
Refund Process:
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will be refunded the full amount, including taxes and shipping fees. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will be refunded the purchase price of the products, minus any applicable fees. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving the returned products.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. Additionally, we may cancel orders suspected of fraud or those placed using invalid payment information.
